Filed Under: Where’s a cop when you need’em?

Had to take Mom across the river tonight to CVS. Not a problem…it’s in walking distance for those without sore feet during daylight hours. Coming home, we were ‘treated’ to a display of reckless driving. I had to take a left to cross the bridge. I HAD the arrow light. Someone coming in the opposite direction wasn’t even going to bother slowing down, no right hand turn signal… if he’d have hit us, I’d be at the ER hoping my mother would be ok, or in jail for busting the jerk’s nose. 30 mile an hour zone, he’s right on my tailpipe. Caught the red light at Park Ave…. he pulls into Cumby’s parking lot off of Ontario, swings around to come out onto Park, takes the right at the light and zooms on up Ontario (the direction we were going to begin with.) Dude, if you ain’t got a siren or lights, you ain’t supposed to be pulling that shit! May the only life your stupidity and haste ever claim be YOUR OWN!
